1. Manufacturing of products:
All our products are hand-made in our workshop in Paris.
We attach a great importance to the use of exceptions materials to provide a decent quality of our customers. Your satisfaction and the excellence of our work has led us to increase the smoothness of our products. Therefore, all Absainte ornaments are sold in 24 carat gold filded chains adorned with crystal beads.
2. Measurement and size :
Absainte offer a bespoke service on some ornaments (products mentioned on our website).
Send us your measurements or specify your request (choice of crystal color, larger ...) we will make it carefully and pleasure.
In this case, the price of the item will be increased by 15% followed by a period of 2 to 3 weeks of waiting. These changes are valid only on our website.
3. Price:
All prices are in euros, all taxes included (TTC).
The price of shipping is shown on our website at the time of the order according to each product and country destination.
The prices of our products are non-negotiable, we strive to practice the fairest possible price. Our final price is the origin of French-based manufacturing quality materials.
4. Payments:
Absainte guarantees the security and confidentiality of your transactions. You can pay your order via PayPal. You pay directly to the website by the bank at not point during your credit card number is communicated to us.
5. Customs:
Customs duties and other formalities for deliveries outside the European Union are the sole responsibility of the customer.
6. Delivery:
The products are delivered to the shipping address you provided during the order process.
The order will be shipped in discreet packaging in which the products will be packed with care in tissue paper. No sign of external mark will be visible.
Delivery France: Colissimo (delivered in about 48 hours, with tracking and insurance).
Global Delivery: Shipped with proof of deposit, and recommended insurance.
Absainte disclaims any liability for the damage committed by the postal service on the package. You must check the package and product delivery . We urge you to refuse damaged or opened package. If the client acknowledge receipt, it is responsible for issuing a claim with the postal service.
Orders are processed excluding weekends, public holidays and annual leave.
7. Late delivery:
We invite you to consult regularly tracking your order. Absainte attributes ownership of the goods and can dispose freely. Absainte-Paris retains payments that triggered the production of the product in the first place, you agree to have no recourse to recover the sums paid or unclaimed goods.
8. Returns and Refunds:
Pursuant to Article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 7 (seven) days from receipt of products to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification or penalties (excluding support by You for return shipping costs).
Reimbursement will be made within thirty (30) days from the date your withdrawal right has been exercised.
Under Article L. 121-20 of custom products Consumer Code are not subject to the right of return. Therefore, products that have been, at your request, a specific modification (resizing, crystals) can not be refunded or exchanged.
Beyond the aforementioned right of withdrawal and up to thirty (30) days after the date of delivery (see 3.3.3.) We leave you the opportunity to return the ordered products that do not give you satisfaction against refund.

The return request is effective from that at the time Absainte acknowledge receipt of your return request. The return costs are your responsibility. Any loss during delivery products will void the exchange and the product will remain fully at your expense.
Products must be returned in their original packaging (with certificate case, notices ...) without having been worn or washed. The label must be attached to the product. Upon receipt of the return, we will conduct an audit. Absainte therefore reserves the right to refuse a product considered non salable in the state. Thus, the articles returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will in no case resumed.
The right of return within 30 days "money back" no longer applies in the case of a second consecutive return under article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code.
Any refund will be made by transfer to your bank account.
Absainte not conduct any trade except our error pars, our products are made to order. For a model change, please place a new order.
In the presence of an event of force majeure, the product delivery will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure. In the event that a force majeure prevent the delivery of a product beyond a period of one month from the date of the order, either party may terminate the product sales contract by letter with acknowledgment of receipt sent to the other Party. If applicable, Absainte Paris will not honor the order, and shall reimburse the customer the price of the product.
9. Warranty:
In case of breakage / incident that would not be the result of hidden defect workmanship, we will repair the trimmings against remuneration. (15% of the total price of the ornament).
The repair is made subject to validation of the quote from the owner of the ornament. This does in no way an insurance or a guarantee against default handling.
